Job summary

Elsa Energy Sdn Bhd in Pasir Gudang, Johor is seeking a Storekeeper on a 4-month contract to manage receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, while keeping accurate stock records and safeguarding company assets.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of related experience and SPM qualification; duties include receiving and inspecting items, performing stock counts, labeling storage areas, and upholding a safe, tidy warehouse.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Warehouseman on daily activities such as receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, equipment.
• To conduct stock counts and physical verification of material & equipment.
• Ensure materials are stored in dedicated storage area with proper labelling/markings.
• Maintain good housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse and storage yards to ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by the Executive, Warehouse/ Warehouseman.
• To ensure material receiving & inspection process is going smoothly without jeopardizing project requirement.
• Ensure strict compliance of Company's policies, procedures and practices.
• To maintain accuracy in inventory documents.
