Job summary

BATERIKU (M) SDN. BHD. (Retail) is seeking a customer-focused team member to assist with daily stock checks and sales support across our retail outlets in Malaysia. You will engage customers, communicate effectively, and contribute to a fast-paced service environment.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, reliable and willing to learn as you support sales, stock management and customer care across shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct daily stock checks and inventory control.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inventory and stock check daily.
• Demonstrate solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Read, write and communicate effectively with customers, peers and management.
• Multitask while remaining attentive to customers and flexible to business needs.
• Work as part of a team and take initiative with minimal supervision.
• Be enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
• Available to work a variety of hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
