Job summary

Baterihub in Selangor is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to assist customers in finding items and answer questions. You will handle shipments, restock shelves, and promote ongoing sales.

You should be comfortable using POS systems, good with numbers and communication, and able to work as part of a team. The role requires physical fitness to stand and move stock and punctual timekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers to find desired items.
• Receiving and processing shipments and deliveries.

• Informing customers about ongoing sales, promotions and discounts to increase revenue.
• Keeping up to date with product information to advise customers and make recommendations effectively.
• Auditing the price of inventory regularly.
• Performing cleaning duties at the end of shifts.
• Assisting the retail manager with miscellaneous duties.
