Job summary

BateriHub in Penang seeks a customer-oriented Retail Assistant to help customers find items, manage shipments, restock shelves, and promote ongoing sales. You will inform customers about promotions and maintain up-to-date product knowledge to make recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to find desired items.
• Receiving and processing shipments and deliveries.
• Organizing merchandise and restocking depleted shelves so they’re attractive to customers.
• Informing customers about ongoing sales, promotions and discounts to increase revenue.
• Keeping up to date with product information to advise customers and make recommendations effectively.
• Auditing the price of inventory regularly.
• Performing cleaning duties at the end of shifts.
• Assisting the retail manager with miscellaneous duties.
