The role requires accuracy, strong organizational skills, and adherence to safety standards. The successful candidate will work with production and purchasing teams to maintain stock levels, use Excel and inventory software, and ensure timely reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years' storekeeping or related experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures.
• Proficient in reading PO, delivery notes and requisitions.
• Forklift licence is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and verify against orders and invoices.
• Inspect inbound materials for quantity, quality and specifications.
• Record goods received and issued using inventory systems.
• Label and store materials in designated locations.
• Issue materials only against approved requests.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and perform regular inventory counts.
• Prepare stock reports and monitor shortages.
• Ensure store area is clean, safe and compliant with safety rules.
