Job summary

Berjaya Krispy Kreme Doughnuts Sdn Bhd is seeking an Inventory Control Executive in Malaysia. The role focuses on managing inventory records, ensuring stock availability for outlets, production, and warehouse, and maintaining cost controls across the supply chain.

The candidate should have a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2–3 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations, with familiarity in ERP systems and Excel.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or supply chain operations.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and ERP software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO and stock reconciliation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records for materials and finished goods.
• Ensure sufficient stock availability to support daily operations.
• Prevent stock shortages, overstocking, and wastage.
• Implement FIFO and FEFO inventory practices.
• Conduct regular stock and cycle counts; perform monthly physical inventory checks.
• Investigate and reconcile stock discrepancies between physical and system records.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, and Operations to ensure smooth movement of inventory.
• Monitor inventory costs and identify efficiency improvements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.
