Job summary

Tian An Trading Sdn Bhd is seeking an organised Inventory Executive to join our operations team in Malaysia. You will oversee daily stock levels, ensure inventory accuracy, manage stock counts and replenishment, and investigate discrepancies to optimise supply performance.

You'll coordinate with procurement, warehousing, sales and finance to maintain optimal stock levels, support timely replenishment, and contribute to efficient operations and cost control across the business.

Qualifications

• Organised and detail-oriented candidate with strong stock management focus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels, identify low-stock / overstock items, and coordinate timely replenishment
• Conduct regular cycle counts and full stocktakes; reconcile discrepancies and adjust records.
