Job summary

Chop Tong Guan Sdn. Bhd., a leading fresh fruits distributor in Malaysia, seeks an Inventory Clerk in Subang Jaya to maintain accurate stock records and support daily warehouse operations.

You will perform data entry for stock movements, monitor levels, report discrepancies, and coordinate with the warehouse and other departments. Fresh graduates are welcome; proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred to ensure precise inventory control.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience in inventory, warehouse administration or stock control is an advantage.
• Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Excel.
• Good numerical and data-entry skills.
• Detail-oriented and accurate in handling inventory records.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory records accurately.
• Perform daily data entry for stock movements, receiving and issuing.
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or irregularities.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Check and maintain relevant inventory documents and records.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and other departments regarding stock matters.
• Prepare inventory reports and update stock information in the system.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of inventory records.
• Perform other duties assigned by the immediate superior.
