Job summary

SIHI Pumps (Malaysia) SDN BHD is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to manage receiving, cycle counts, stock locations, and data entry in our warehouse.

You will collaborate with the Quality team to verify material certifications, process receipts, and coordinate courier bookings and dispatch to meet customer expectations. Forklift certification is required; 5–7 years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience including the dispatch and receipt of goods.
• Experience in inventory order entry and processing and handling.
• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming goods the same day.
• Store parts in correct bin locations and ensure paperwork is completed in the stock system.
• Process receipts and update stock status in the operating system.
• Coordinate couriers and freight for collection and dispatch of goods.
• Reconcile cycle counts daily and maintain stock accuracy.
• Assist with stock take and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
