Job summary

Flowserve Corporation is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk in Malaysia. The role focuses on receiving POs, cycle counts, stock location management, packing and dispatching parts, and ensuring accurate data entry in Flowserve systems.

The position requires forklift certification and a High School Diploma with relevant inventory experience. You will work closely with the Quality team to verify material certifications before release, and you’ll help maintain stock integrity and safe handling

Qualifications

Previous warehouse experience including dispatch and receipt of goods.
Experience in inventory order entry and processing and handling.
Forklift certification.
High School Diploma / GED with 5-7 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Ensure all incoming goods are received on the same day.
Store parts in correct bin locations and ensure paperwork is completed by receiving into stock.
Process all receipts the same day, update transactions in the system.
Label and pack goods per Flowserve requirements and dispatch to meet customer expectations.
Pick and pack parts as required on picking slip and complete transactions in the system.
Seal parts and place in tub bin for technician to assemble.
Lodge stock/parts in the computer system to keep stock status correct.
Run inventory reports and reconcile cycle counts daily.
Follow safe lifting methods in Flowserve safety rules.
Maintain clean, safe work environment and assist with stock takes.
