Job summary

Flowserve is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk for our Malaysia operations. The role focuses on receiving POs, cycle counts, stock requests, and accurate data entry to maintain stock integrity.

You will work with the Quality team to verify material certifications before release and ensure proper handling of Flowserve stock. Responsibilities include receipting goods, bin storage, ensuring timely updates in the ERP system, and coordinating dispatches with couriers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5–7 years relevant experience.
• Forklift certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive POs and perform cycle counts daily.
• Store parts in correct bin locations and document receipts.
• Process receipts the same day and update the system.
• Label, pack, and dispatch goods to meet customer deadlines.
• Reconcile cycle counts and maintain stock accuracy across locations.
• Coordinate with Quality for material certifications before release.
