Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a warehouse associate to accurately pick and pack orders, keep the stockroom clean, and support dispatch with proper documentation. You will work with a team to meet daily targets and maintain inventory integrity.

Responsibilities include receiving inventory, organizing stock, and ensuring safe operation of warehouse equipment. This role offers a structured environment with standard procedures.

Qualifications

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders per procedures.
• Maintain clean stockroom and warehouse areas.
• Prepare necessary documentation for dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming stock against orders and notes.
• Organize stockroom inventory using FIFO and ensure easy accessibility.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch meeting shipping requirements.
• Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment in stockroom/warehouse.
• Assist with dispatch documentation and timely delivery handover.
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely when needed.
• Report damages or stock issues promptly to supervisor.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the stockroom and warehouse areas.


• Assist with the preparation and dispatch of documents, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.


• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely and efficiently as needed.


• Report any damages, discrepancies, or stock issues to the supervisor promptly.
