Job summary

Eng Teknologi Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Associate in Penang to manage FIFO stock, verify transfers, and prepare FG parts for shipment.

The role requires physical fitness for loading/unloading and ability to assist with direct shipping to customers on request. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate FG quantities, conducting monthly counts, labeling, and ensuring safety and efficient storage space usage.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FIFO principles and color-coding systems.
• Experience verifying stock against Transfer Notes (TN).
• Experience conducting month-end inventory stock counts.
• Ability to pick, pack, label, and prepare FG parts for shipment.

Responsibilities

• Collect and verify FG quantity to align physical stock with FG TN note.
• Attach monthly color code (FIFO) upon receipt of FG stock.
• Pick and pack FG parts for shipment following FIFO.
• Assist in preparing and generating Shipping Labels.
• Load/unload materials from trucks as required.
• Ensure FG Store is orderly and safe, using space efficiently.
• Assist sending parts to customers upon request.
• Conduct month-end inventory counts comparing system qty with physical parts.
• Address customer feedback related to packing/shipment and suggest improvements.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Warehouse & Inventory Skills:

Knowledge of FIFO (First-In-First-Out) principles, color-coding systems, and inventory tracking procedures.

Experience verifying physical stock against Transfer Notes (TN) and conducting month-end inventory stock counts.

Capability to pick, pack, label, and prepare Finished Goods (FG) parts for shipment.

Physical & Operational Requirements:

Physical fitness to handle manual labor, including loading/unloading materials from trucks and arranging store racking space.

Willingness to assist with sending parts directly to customers upon request (valid driving license is an added advantage).

Core Competencies:

High accuracy and attention to detail to prevent physical vs. system inventory discrepancies.

Adherence to warehouse safety compliance standards and proper space utilization.

Requirement

• Education: Minimum SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent.

• Pick and pack FG Parts for shipment based on First-In-First-Out (FIFO) requirement.

• Assist to prepare and generate Shipping Label

• Load/unload materials from truck

• Ensure FG Store is properly arranged based on safety compliance requirement, proper utilize racking space.

• To assist sending parts to customers upon request.

• To conduct month end inventory count based on system qty vs physical parts, ensure no inventory discrepancy.

• Attend to any of customer feedback related to packing and shipment issues or require for improvement.

• To carry out any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
