Job summary

Mastering Services Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to allocate products to retail outlets and monitor stock levels across multiple stores. You will prepare replenishment requests and ensure timely distribution to support daily operations.

The role requires strong Excel skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently or in a team. Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is preferred for communication with clients.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with PivotTables and basic data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Allocate products and inventory to retail outlets based on stock availability and store requirements.
• Monitor store inventory levels and identify replenishment requirements.
• Prepare and process allocation and replenishment requests accurately and on time.
• Ensure products are distributed appropriately across stores to support daily operations.
• Monitor inventory levels across outlets and identify potential overstock or stock shortage.
• Track stock movement and replenishment status.
• Assist in maintaining healthy inventory levels across stores.
• Coordinate with internal departments and retail outlets regarding stock allocation and inventory matters.
