Job summary

RIFF RAFF PAIN CAST SDN BHD is seeking a full-time stock and admin clerk in Kuala Lumpur. You will handle issuance of quotations, delivery orders and invoices, manage stock arrangements, and maintain daily stock records with the sales team.

Proficiency in English and Mandarin, plus strong MS Office skills, are essential. Knowledge of AutoCount is advantageous. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this role with standard 9am-6pm hours, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizenship required.
• 2–3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of AutoCount Accountancy system is an advantage.
• Full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Issuance of quotation, delivery order and invoice.
• Stock arrangement for sales.
• Record of daily in/out on stock system.
• Filling documents, follow up and tracing of all documents with sales team.
• Stocks count.
• Update and record database.
