You will oversee stock levels, perform regular counts, process orders and receipts, and generate reports for management.

Qualifications

About the role

As Inventory Admin, you will be responsible for overseeing stock levels, coordinating inventory movements, and ensuring seamless operations across our supply chain. Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems


• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliation to identify and resolve discrepancies


• Process purchase orders, receipts, and shipments in a timely and accurate manner


• Manage stock levels and implement reordering procedures to prevent stockouts or overstock situations


• Prepare and maintain inventory reports for management review and decision-making

What we’re looking for

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail


• Solid understanding of inventory control principles, stock management best practices, and supply chain processes


• Competent in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting


• Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and discrepancies in inventory data


• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members across departments


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


• Relevant qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, or administration are advantageous
