OFFIX BUSINESS CENTRE SDN. BHD. in Muar, Johor is seeking an Inventory Admin to oversee stock levels, movements, and reporting within a full-time role supporting manufacturing and logistics operations.

The role requires proven inventory management experience, proficiency with management software and Excel, and strong organizational skills to maintain accuracy and drive process improvements across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or related admin role in manufacturing/logistics.
• Proficient with inventory management software and MS Excel for reporting.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Good understanding of stock control, supply chain processes, and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Process purchase orders, receipts, and shipments promptly and accurately.
• Manage stock levels and implement reordering to prevent stockouts/overstock.
• Prepare inventory reports for management review and decision-making.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff on organization, labelling and storage.
