This full-time role focuses on overseeing inventory, coordinating movements, and maintaining records across our manufacturing and logistics activities. You will work with warehouse staff, process orders, conduct regular counts, resolve discrepancies, and support continuous improvement in inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or related admin role in manufacturing or logistics.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and systems; able to learn new platforms quickly.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliation to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Process purchase orders, receipts, and shipments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage stock levels and implement reordering procedures to prevent stockouts or overstock.
• Prepare and maintain inventory reports for management review and decision-making.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper organisation, labelling, and storage of inventory items.
• Track and document inventory movements, transfers, and adjustments.
• Assist in identifying obsolete or damaged stock and facilitating disposal or returns.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve inventory-related issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency.
