Job summary

Private Advertiser in Bayan Lepas is seeking a diligent clerical staff to support warehouse operations with data entry, filing, and document handling. You will assist with GRN processing and data updates in Excel and related systems, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with preference for those holding a diploma or similar qualification and willing to work on site in Bayan Lepas. The role emphasizes administrative accuracy and coordination with warehouse teams.

Qualifications

• Higher Secondary/STPM/A Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas.
• Preferably non-executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Process and handle papers and documents relating to warehouse supplies.
• Data entry for GRNs and material movement between warehouse and departments.
• Assist in cycle counts and general clerical duties.
• Assist in compiling and maintaining office administration, filing, and data updates in systems or Excel.
• Comply with operations procedures and safety/health management systems.
