Job summary

Grocer Plus SDN BHD is seeking a detail-oriented admin/data entry clerk to support daily operations in Kajang. You will input sales, purchases, stock and supplier data into our systems and maintain records in AutoCount and Excel.

The role requires basic data entry experience, strong typing and the ability to work with numbers and repetitive data, plus good teamwork and communication to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPm / Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic experience in data entry, administration or clerical work is preferred.
• Must be comfortable using Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with AutoCount is an advantage.
• Good typing speed with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work with numbers and repetitive data accurately.
• Organized, responsible and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and follow instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Key in daily sales, purchase, stock and supplier information accurately into the system.
• Update and maintain records in AutoCount and Microsoft Excel.
• Check data, invoices and documents to ensure all information is accurate and complete.
• Assist with updating stock records and inventory information.
• Prepare and organize daily reports, documents and records.
• Handle filing and proper documentation of invoices, purchase orders, delivery orders and receipts.
• Assist with general administrative tasks when required.
• Follow up on missing or incorrect information with the relevant staff.
