Job summary

BEST EXPERIENCE TOURS SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive trainee to support our tour operations team. You will prepare tour quotes, itineraries and travel documents, and assist with coordination and admin tasks.

Join a tour team liaising with suppliers, ground agents and other operators and gain hands-on exposure to live tour operations and project work. The role offers learning development in travel processes and customer service in a dynamic, travel-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Organised, responsible and willing to learn.
• Fluent in Chinese.
• Able to communicate in English and Malay.
