Job summary

Celestica in Penang, Malaysia is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Intern to support recruitment activities and create digital content to boost employer branding. You will assist in end-to-end recruitment, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and help onboard new hires.

This role combines HR operations with media design, giving you hands-on experience in talent attraction, social media content creation, and event support.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or in final semester in Bachelor/Master Degree in HR, Marketing, Communications or Business related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment, and employer branding.
• Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe or similar tools)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Creative mindset with willingness to learn and contribute ideas.
• Experience handling social media pages or content creation, video editing or photography skills.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and creative Talent Acquisition Intern who is passionate about recruitment and employer branding. This role combine hands-on recruitment support with media and content design, giving you exposure to both HR operations and creative work.

You will support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews and creating digital content that enhances our employer branding and recruitment campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Support:

Assist in end to end recruitment activities for various functions.

Screen resumes and support in shortlisting suitable candidates.
