You will develop content, quizzes, and SOP manuals, assess performance, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company policies while tracking progress in the LMS.

• Deliver onboarding, orientation, and hands-on operational training for new hires and existing staff.
• Develop training modules, presentations, quizzes, and standard operating procedure manuals.
• Assess performance through audits, tests, and evaluations to measure employee competency and identify gaps.
• Promote adherence to safety rules, quality standards, and company policies.
• Train staff on OSHA regulations, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols, and PPE compliance.
• Maintain training records and utilise learning management systems to document completions.
• Sign off on technical certifications, conduct on-floor performance audits, and identify retraining needs.

Track Progress: Maintain training records and utilize learning management systems to document program completions.

Evaluate Competency: Sign off on technical certifications, conduct on-floor performance audits, and identify retraining needs.
