Job summary

Selangor Dredging Berhad (SDB) invites psychology/business students for an Internship in the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) department. You will support departments in routine tasks, monitor stock of raw materials, assist in ordering and logistics, and help with admin duties while learning about production and quality processes.

This role offers exposure to cross-functional teamwork, events like One-Two Boost, and involvement in business activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in related course.
• Able to read and write in Chinese will be an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Patient and able to work with people with special needs.
• Caring personality.

Responsibilities

• Support departments with routine tasks, including monitor and update stock of raw materials.

Job Description: -

To support departments in routine tasks included of monitor and update the stock of raw material for products, packaging, and assist in order of raw material.

To supervise the production team, assist in monitoring the production team and quality control of the products.

Undertake department’s administrative duties as required included of dealing with email enquiries and data entry.

Arrange and automate daily orders, included of print out order, liaise with production team, arrange logistic for product delivery and follow up on payment and payment proof.

Maintains a variety of files and records in assigned department; files in accordance with established filing system
