- Perform first-line troubleshooting to isolate issues and hand over clear incident context to engineering teams.
Communication & Coordination
- Log incidents and updates accurately in the ticketing system and keep stakeholders informed until closure.
- Coordinate with field teams and service owners to schedule fixes and share status updates.
Maintenance & Reporting
- Run routine health checks, verify backups and scheduled tasks, and report anomalies to the team.
- Prepare concise daily shift reports and contribute to trend logs that help prevent recurring incidents.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Approximately 0 years of relevant experience, suitable for fresh graduates or entry level candidates.
- Secondary education or diploma in IT, electronics, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
