Job summary

Infineon Technologies invites you to join its IT Operations internship, where you will support incident management, service orders, user access tasks and documentation.

You will assist with test management, collaborate with IT and business users to extract contract data, explore Outlook/Word plugins, and use Excel Power Query for data analysis. This paid internship offers real project exposure in a global semiconductor leader and requires a 6-month commitment and a continuing IT-related degree.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Basic IT concepts including cloud computing, system configuration, and data analysis.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools, including Excel Power Query (desirable).
• Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.00 and above.
• Preferably internship duration of 6 months and above.
