Infineon in Malaysia invites applications for an Industrial Trainee - Operations Preassembly in our Manufacturing and Operations team. You will work in a high-tech cleanroom environment contributing to die preassembly processes and traceability initiatives.

Ideal candidates are pursuing an engineering degree (Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical) with CGPA 3.0+. The role emphasizes hands-on learning, supporting a critical production line, and gaining exposure to industry-leading semiconductor
