Job summary

DESINCE SDN. BHD. invites an internship candidate in logistics and supply chain management to gain hands-on experience in daily operations. You will assist with inbound receiving, inventory updates, and inter-department communication for new arrivals.

The role emphasizes learning ERP/WMS concepts, warehouse processes, and daily data reporting, while developing problem-solving and teamwork skills in a fast-paced e-commerce setting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a diploma or degree in logistics, SCM, business admin, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of logistics operations and inventory management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify inbound products with all related processes needed.
• Document received products accurately.

Job Responsibilities

Receive and verify inbound products with all related processes needed.

Document received products accurately.

Communicate with other departments regarding new arrivals.

Inspect the quality and condition of received products.

Document any defects or damages and take appropriate action.

Update inventory records.

Any ad-hoc task assigned by superior.

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree students in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields.

Basic knowledge of logistics operations, inventory management, or supply chain concepts.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (for data tracking and reporting).

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Strong problem-solving skills and able to work well in a team.

Previous academic projects related to supply chain or familiarity with ERP/Warehouse Management Systems is an advantage.

What You Will Learn:

Hands-on experience in daily logistics, warehousing, and supply chain operations.

Practical skills in inventory tracking, order processing, and stock reconciliation.

Exposure to shipment scheduling, route planning, and coordinating with freight forwarders or vendors.

Experience working with an operations team in a fast-paced, real-world environment.

Understanding of supply chain optimization, performance metrics, and process improvement strategies.

Pay: From RM600.00-RM700.00 per month
