Job summary

DESINCE SDN. BHD. offers an internship in our fast-growing fashion e-commerce team in Malaysia.

You will assist the e-commerce team with daily administrative tasks, support product uploads on Shopee and Lazada, and help maintain accurate product details and stock records. Ideal candidates are diploma or degree students or fresh graduates, available for at least 3 months, with basic Excel/Google Sheets skills and a willingness to learn in a friendly, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Internship placement for a minimum of 3 months.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the e-commerce team in daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Support product uploading and updating on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada.
• Help maintain accurate product details including pricing, descriptions, images, and stock levels.
• Assist in updating order, inventory, and return records.
• Organise and maintain digital files, reports, and internal documents.
• Support the team in preparing simple sales and performance reports.
• Learn basic e-commerce operations and marketplace management.
• Ensure all data entries are accurate and updated properly.
