Job summary

SNS Network (M) Sdn Bhd offers an IT Hardware Internship in Petaling Jaya for diploma and degree students. You will assist with basic troubleshooting of PCs and laptops and perform OS setup on new and existing devices.

You will gain practical experience in hardware and software troubleshooting, PC assembly, and client support while collaborating with a supportive IT team.

Qualifications

• Experience or coursework in hardware troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of basic software troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic troubleshooting of PCs/laptops.
• Provide client support and resolve technical issues.
• Identify and advise on operating issues in client computer systems.
• Assemble PCs, laptops, video conferencing systems, and interactive whiteboards; install/upgrade parts.
• Setup/reformat operating system on new or existing PCs/laptops.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments as required.

Provide client support and technical issue resolution on products and services.

Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems.

Assembly of PC/laptops/video conferencing system/interactive whiteboard, installing/upgrading parts.

Setup/reformat operating system on existing/new PC/laptop.

To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.

Knowledge in troubleshooting hardware and software.

Responsible, positive attitude and self-motivated.
