Job summary

Safetyware Group Berhad in Malaysia offers an Internship in Human Resources where you will support data entry, recruitment coordination, and foreign worker administration. You will help organize employee events and trainings while gaining exposure to a dynamic, public-listed company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR or related fields.
• English and Bahasa Malaysia required; Mandarin an advantage.
• Minimum 3 months internship; open to continuing afterwards.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and ensure HR records are accurate and up to date.
• Assist with recruitment activities and coordinating interviews.
• Assist in managing foreign worker administration, including documentation, permit renewals, medical appointments.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training and company events.
• Other ad-hoc job as assigned.

- Preferably can continue working after the internship.
- No working experience is required.
