Job summary

eco-shop Malaysia is seeking a Store Renovation Planner to assist in planning, managing, and coordinating store renovations, including new, refit, and close stores, in Malaysia.

The role requires a design-oriented diploma/degree, proficiency in English and Bahasa, and strong MS Office skills; familiarity with AutoCAD is preferred. You will collaborate with Property and Fit-Out teams and support asset tracking across all stores.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree Holder in Industrial Design, Architectural Design, Interior Design or related field.
• Good command of written and spoken English & Bahasa.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently.
• Able to communicate with team.
• Familiar with AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, manage, co-ordinate store renovation works for new, refit and close stores.
• Work closely with Property and Fit-Out team to execute new, refit and close stores.
• Assist and support in manage & tracking of the fixed assets for all stores.
• Assist and support in maintain filing system of all the project & ad-hoc works.
