Job summary

MLDC is offering a Bachelor’s level internship in architecture and interior design at OneCity-Subang Jaya. The selected candidate will assist in design development, prepare drawings and tender documents, and support the design team with CAD, ArchiCad and Lumion tools.

The internship lasts 4-6 months with hands-on project exposure. Strong English communication is required, and applicants must be pursuing a relevant degree.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related programs.
• Willing to work in OneCity-Subang Jaya.
• Internship period of 4-6 months.
• Strong communication skills, fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior architect with all aspects of a project design process, from initial concept design stage to the development of design and tender drawings.
• Support design process using CAD drafting and 3D Modelling, as well as programs such as ArchiCad and Lumion.
• Prepare project documentation, including drawings, specifications and reports.
• Effectively organise files and materials throughout design processes.
• Perform other related duties from time to time.
