Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and issue of invoices to customer.
• Prepare and monitor on payment are processed & received.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Allocate receipts and credit notes to sales invoices.
• Assist in preparation of daily e-statement.
• Support month-end closing and other task as assigned by supervisor.
