Growth and Sales Targets : Achieve growth and sales targets through strategic planning, execution, and effective management and motivation of the sales team.

Business Development Management : Oversee the entire business development cycle, from sourcing and pitching to closing sales, with a focused and strategic approach.

Experience : A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
