We are seeking a Tax Team Leader to guide the team, deliver high-quality client work, and perform senior-level tax reviews.

Qualifikationen

• At least 6-8 years of tax experience with a minimum of 2 years in a senior managerial role.
• Experience leading a tax team and delivering high-quality client work.
• Ability to perform high-level technical reviews and guide junior staff.

Aufgaben

• Lead and supervise the tax team to meet client and team expectations.
• Provide coaching and feedback to drive performance and development.
• Conduct high-level reviews of complex tax computations and submissions.

Team Leadership : Guide, supervise, and lead the tax team to meet or exceed client and team expectations. Regularly review team performance, providing comprehensive feedback and coaching.

Tax Review : Conduct high-level reviews of complex computations and tax submissions to ensure client tax issues are well managed and comply with statutory requirements.

Technical Expertise : Conduct technical research and assist in producing tax reports and reviewing documents.

Experience : At least 6-8 years of tax experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior managerial role.
