Job summary

Top Click Sdn Bhd is seeking an enthusiastic e-commerce operations assistant in Ipoh to help manage marketplace accounts and product content across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.

You will upload SKUs, edit images, optimize product titles and descriptions, and assist with campaigns and promotions to improve visibility and customer experience.

Job description

Assist in setting up and managing marketplace accounts on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.

Upload and manage product SKUs, product information, pricing, and variations.

Create and update product titles, descriptions, and other product content.

Assist in product listing optimization to improve visibility and customer experience.

Perform basic graphic design and image editing, including cropping, resizing, and formatting product images.

Assist with e-commerce campaigns, promotions, and other marketplace-related tasks.
