Job summary

The intern will perform data entry, CRM updates, and routine administrative tasks, while supporting the team in handling enquiries and escalating complex cases as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monitoring, sorting and responding to incoming emails using approved templates.
• Provide claim status and payment updates to members and providers.
• Assist with follow-up on pending documents or information from members or providers.
• Assist with callback activities for members who could not be reached.
• Monitor bounced-back emails and escalate to the Account Manager.
• Handle password reset requests and routine customer service tasks.
• Route member information update requests to the appropriate team.
• Support handling simple enquiries and escalate complex cases to Team Leaders.
• Assist with data entry and updating CRM records, trackers, and reports.
• Support document checking, filing and maintaining customer service records.
• Prepare case information for follow-up by Team Leaders.
• Raise JIRA tickets for service or system requests.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to Customer Service.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and process improvements.

Assist with callback activities for members who could not be reached.

Assist in monitoring bounced-back emails and escalating them to the relevant Account Manager or team member.

Assist with password reset requests and other routine customer service requests.

Assist with identifying and routing member information update requests to the relevant team for further action.

Support the team in handling simple and routine enquiries and escale complex cases to Team Leaders.

Assist with data entry and updating CRM records, trackers, and reports accurately.

Assist with document checking, filing, and maintaining customer service records.

Support the preparation of case information and documentation for follow-up by Team Leaders.

Assist with raising JIRA tickets for relevant service or system requests.

Provide general administrative and operational support to the Customer Service team.

Participate in ad-hoc projects and process improvement activities as assigned.

Requirements

Candidate currently be pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Healthcare Management, Communications, or related disciplines.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
