Job summary

Toyota Capital Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to design secure, scalable IT systems and manage Microsoft 365 environments. The role includes Level 2 end-user support, risk and compliance duties, and ongoing documentation updates.

Ideal candidates hold a CS/IT degree, CCNA is a plus, and have 5–6 years of hands-on experience in network and infrastructure administration. Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CS/IT required.
• CCNA certification is a plus.
• 5–6 years hands-on experience in helpdesk, admin, and infra maintenance.
• Able to provide after-hours support for urgent incidents.
• Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication.

Responsibilities

• Design secure and scalable IT infrastructure.
• Manage Microsoft 365 environments, licenses, security & compliance.
• Lead IT projects aligning with business/IT strategies.
• Provide Level 2 end-user support for escalated issues.
• Maintain environments (UAT/Production/DR) and perform upgrades/patches.
• Update SOPs and IT documentation; support audits.

Are you passionate about managing cutting-edge IT systems and ensuring seamless business operations? Join our team as an IT Infrastructure Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in designing secure infrastructure, managing Microsoft 365 environments, and delivering Level 2 support to keep our technology running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Manage Microsoft 365 & Security:

Administer O365 licenses, security, and compliance settings across Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Azure, Exchange Online, Intune, Defender, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

Infrastructure Design & Projects:

Lead and support IT projects, design secure and scalable infrastructure, and align solutions with business and IT strategies.

System Maintenance & Support:

Handle change requests, troubleshoot issues, monitor systems, and perform health checks on servers, VMware, storage, firewalls, and network devices.

End-User Support (Level 2):

Provide advanced technical assistance for escalated issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.

Risk & Compliance:

Maintain UAT, Production, and DR environments; manage upgrades, patches, and security controls; support audits and ensure compliance with global standards.

Documentation & Governance:

Keep SOPs, policies, and IT documentation updated; recommend improvements for efficiency and security.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology.

CCNA Certification is an added advantage.

5–6 years of hands‑on technical experience in helpdesk support, administration, and maintenance of network & infrastructure systems.

Ability to provide after‑hours support for urgent incidents.

Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
