Job summary

Genting Malaysia Bhd invites interns to contribute to finance and accounting functions at Wisma Genting, Kuala Lumpur. You will participate in bank reconciliations, document requests for auditors, statutory accounts drafting, and assisting managers with adhoc tasks.

The role requires pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Commerce, a CGPA of 3.0+, and an internship of at least three months.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or possessing a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Commerce or equivalent.
• Willing to work at Wisma Genting, KL.
• CGPA 3.0 and above.
• Internship period of 3 months or longer.

Responsibilities

• Assist in bank account, Interco balance and balance sheet GL reconciliation
• Assist in searching the documents requested by auditor
• Assist in drafting the statutory accounts
• Assist manager on adhoc requests as needed
• Prepare document journal for posting
• Check & verify incoming manual purchase requisitions and forward for AP payment
• Handle administrative tasks such as document submission, filing and compiling

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent

Job description

Prepare document journal for posting

Check & verify the incoming Manual purchase requisition, arrange for verification and to send to AP for payments

Handle administrative works as and when required, such as submit documents to another department, filing, document compiling, etc.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.

Willing to work in Wisma Genting.

Possess CGPA 3.0 and above

Internship period must be 3 months and above.
