Job summary

Körber is seeking a software trainer and developer to lead training sessions on software topics for internal and client audiences in Malaysia. You will create and update training materials and collaborate with the content management team to ensure high-quality learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training or degree in computer science.
• 3–5 years of professional software development experience (C#, Delphi, databases).
• Ideally experience in intralogistics or warehouse tech and training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, conduct, and evaluate training sessions and workshops on software topics for in-house and client sites.
• Develop, maintain, and improve training materials with content management.
• Establish and expand train-the-trainer programs in an international setting.
• Independently develop software for projects and support system commissioning to final acceptance.
• Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Product Management, and Service.
