Fosun Health is expanding its Kuala Lumpur team and seeks a Patient Relations Consultant to guide patients through healthcare options in China. You will engage with patients and families, discuss service options, and coordinate with China-based medical teams, using CRM to maintain records.

English communication is essential; Malay is a plus. The role requires empathy, proactive follow-up, and the ability to meet performance targets.

Qualifikationen

• Must have strong spoken and written Chinese; good English; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
• Preferably 2+ years of experience in patient services or consultative sales.
• Healthcare/medical tourism exposure is advantageous.
• Proactive, empathetic, and able to meet targets; strong follow-up skills.

• Meet patients and families in person or via video to discuss healthcare needs.
• Explain medical services, costs, and travel arrangements with China teams.
• Build trusted relationships through professional communication.
• Coordinate with China-based medical teams on records and appointments.
• Follow up with qualified leads and other channels.
• Maintain accurate patient records using CRM and digital tools.
