Job summary

Comet AG in Malaysia is seeking an Intern for Project Management. In this role, you will assist with coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and preparing status reports. • Assist in coordinating project activities, including maintaining project plans, schedules, and action items.
• Track project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring timely updates to stakeholders.
• Support preparation of project status reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Coordinate meetings, documentation, and follow‑ups across cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain project records, repositories, and support PMO governance processes.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, IT, Engineering, Project Management or related fields.
• Basic understanding of project management concepts and lifecycle.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time‑management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
