Job summary

HFC Tech Sdn Bhd is seeking a production support engineer to assist engineering in developing and standardizing SOPs and WI. You will conduct cycle time studies, line observations and collect production data for continuous improvement.

You will also support NPI activities, help with process setup and trials, and liaise with Production and QA to maintain quality and efficiency across manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in SOPs and WI documentation.
• Ability to collect and analyze production data.
• Familiarity with process validation and NPI activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Engineering to develop and standardize SOPs and work instructions.
• Conduct cycle time, manpower studies and line observations.
• Analyze production data for continuous improvement.
• Support NPI activities including process setup and trials.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing process issues with QA and production.
• Collaborate with Production and QA to establish inspection standards.
• Monitor process parameters for quality and consistency.
• Contribute to process improvement projects to reduce waste.
