Job summary

AirAsia X is seeking an Ops Excellence Intern to help improve operational efficiency, system reliability, and customer experience within the Hotels and SNAP (Flight+Hotel) business.

You will work across day-to-day operations and system improvement initiatives, including workflow automation, data pipelines, and operational reporting, gaining exposure to lightweight DevOps practices in a production-like environment.
