Qualifications

• When enrolled, complete a mandatory internship of at least 12 weeks.
• Be pursuing a degree in a related discipline with an interest in operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and documentation; reporting tools advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support projects to improve People data quality and integrity.
• Translate workflows into process maps, checklists and SOPs.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort.
• Develop automated reports and dashboards for visibility and decisions.
• Assist testing and implementing new workflows and templates across People.
