Job summary

Jabil in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Specialist to assist end users with hardware, software and network issues, and to install, configure, and maintain computer systems.

You will manage IT service desk tickets, escalate complex issues, support deployment of new software and hardware, and provide user training on IT best practices.
