Qualifications

• Pursuing a Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
• Knowledge of management accounting and double-entry bookkeeping.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Independent, proactive, and with high integrity.
• Highly organized and accurate.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of bank accounts and liaising with banks.
• Assist in documenting bank users' access and workflows.
• Assist in preparing and posting accounting journals.
• Assist in bank and other reconciliations.
• Assist in finance projects (Coupa vendor onboarding, contract management).
• Assist in providing reports to internal stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Section Head/Manager.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance of bank accounts, liaising with banks to ensure bank accounts are opened and updated successfully.
• Assist in maintaining a proper documentation of bank users’ access, processes and operational workflows.
• Assist in preparing and posting accounting journals.
• Assist in bank and other reconciliations.
• Assist in Finance projects (Coupa vendor onboarding, contract management, etc)
• Assist in providing reports to internal stakeholders’ use.
• Assume any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Section Head, Manager and Executive of Finance from time to time.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Accounting or Finance or an equivalent professional qualification.

• Knowledge in management accounting and double entries.
