Job Summary:

Provide support in diagnosing application issues and troubleshooting activities. Participate in the development of software applications and business intelligence development activities. Handle IT related documentation to document all processes in reference manuals for training and guidance including applications inventory management. Assist in gathering user requirements and developing appropriate reports.
