Job summary

• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities with the Program Manager across multiple projects.
• Arrange meetings with internal and external parties and track action items.
• Prepare project updates decks and related reporting materials.
• Support meeting summaries or minutes for project working committees.
• Participate in project stages: Requirements, Analysis & Design, Development, Testing, and Implementation.
• Assist in functional/technical testing and end-to-end application testing.

Job Summary

• Work closely with Program Manager in day-to-day project activities (multiple projects) including issues tracking, following up on the action’s items with the respective team/ stakeholders and other project administration related tasks.
• Assisting with coordination of project activities including meeting arrangement with internal and external parties.
• Assisting in preparing project updates deck and other project related reporting.
• Participate in project working committee meeting and discussion and to assist in preparing the summary or minutes of meeting.
• Participate in project activities based on the project stage – Requirements Gathering, Analyst & Design, Development, Testing, and Implementation.
• Support functional/technical testing, front end application and back-end application testing.
  
  
  

Job Requirement
